        Anna Torres is a talented and versatile artist whose presence on stage and passionate performances measure up to the tradition of the greatest Brazilian divas.

        Anna Torres was born in Maranhão (North-East of Brazil). Her powerful voice, her very personal timbre and a “pop soul” sound, this native of is a singer and composer familiar with the biggest concert halls.

        In September 2002, Anna Torres performance at the International Music Festival of São Luis do Maranhão in Brazil was widely acclaimed.

        She shared the stage with the French-Swiss band Kordépan, the Romanian Timisoara Philharmonic Orchestra, the Opus Cuatro quartet, João Bosco, Paulinho da Viola, Arthur Moreira Lima and Hermeto Pascoal.
