CAPOEIRA ANGOLA & SOMA

Brazilian Art created by African slaves to free themselves from the oppression of society.

Capoeira is part-fight, part-dance, and is useful to develop aggression, spontanelty, playfulness and physical aowareness.

This `magical theatre` also develops musicality with the songs & percussion of Capoeira.
